2. For journey commencing from PEN only, strictly Ex-Pen/End-PEN only. |

3. Both ways stopover HKG is permitted with no charge. |

| Fare Rules | |
1. Fares are not applicable for Extra Seat or UM Service. |
|
2. Child fares: Apply adult fares. |
|
3. Infant fares: Normal 10% of published fares. Infant's DOB must be indicated under SSR element. |
|
| Reservation & Ticketing | 1. Ticket validity as specified in this faresheet. No extension of ticket validity is permitted. |
2. The entire journey must be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. |

3. Tickets must be issued within 10 working days upon flight confirmation or by 31 DEC 2011, whichever is earlier. The 10 days ticketing deadline will also supersede TKTL auto-generated by the system. |
|
4. Last date of outbound travel by 31 MAR 2012. |
|
5. Waitlist or open-dated tickets are not permitted and such bookings will be auto cancelled without prior notice. |
|
6. Booking must be made as per passenger passport name only. |
|
7. Mixed booking class is not permitted. |
|
8. Booking class on 'N/S' is not eligible for Asia Miles accrual. |
|
| Penalties | 1. Rebooking: Outbound and inbound rebooking is permitted with the applicable rebooking fee( ref ticketing dept). Tickets must be reissued immediately within the ticket validity. ET with SUSP or suspended status cannot be accepted for reissuance. |
2. No-show fee will be imposed, if applicable (ref ticketing dept) |

3. Refund(s): Fully unutilised tickets are subjected to the applicable cancellation charge plus refund admin fee, and /or No-Show fee (if applicable). No refund for partially used tickets. Refund must be submitted immediately or no later than 1 month from the ticket's expiry date, failing which the refund may be rejected. |

4. Rerouting: Not permitted once ticketed. |
